We used this product on 3 bikes on our trip to Colorado. Before driving, it looks high-quality and reliable. We rode 600 miles there and had to regularly put the bikes back in place because the rubber saddles would slip no matter how tight the bolt was. Scratched new bikes which we also bought for the trip. The needle hole was completely knocked out so when we got there the device was crooked and very sloppy. I used self tapping screws to hold everything together before heading home and only put 2 bikes in. A complete waste of money.
