Printer displays "Cartridge Communication Error". little ink. Something happened to the yellow cartridge too, about a month after it was installed - and the printer isn't used that much. Several printed pages came out completely yellowed. So we gritted our teeth and reordered, paying a much higher price for genuine Canon toner cartridges. We have since replaced the yellow with Canon toner and have other colors available if needed. I don't normally stick to brands but as this is a printer for our small office I wanted to make sure the print quality was the best so I will be using Canon toner cartridges from now on even if they are overpriced.
