These are VERY strong holds and that's a good thing. You just have to be careful when placing them on the window so the edges don't fold or tilt or you'll have a hard time peeling them apart. They look great in the window. Very festive. Another tip: They come on 3 large sheets of paper. I tried to tear off each snowflake one by one and was very upset because I took out paper along with the snowflake. I thought I would stay there forever. Then I tried to remove all the sticky plastic from the top layer and only snowflakes remained on the paper. MUCH easier and less time and frustration.
