Unusable electronics
I've owned it since August. In less than 7 months it is completely useless. I have a "Reinstall Chrome OS" error code that started intermittently. Downloaded operating system, reinstalled. But the error code now appears every time the laptop is used and it crashes during use. I have contacted the seller and he is no longer responding. Buyer Warning. Now I have to buy another Chromebook. I will not buy Acer or anything from this company again.
