Wow, I couldn't ask for a better shiny metallic pipe cleaner. They are so pretty and come in different colors! (No black ones, mind you) I used them to make some Christmas wreath decorations! And they were super cute. I personally wish they were a little thicker (I double mine) and they fall off a bit, but I can't help it. You can easily cut them with scissors, but I recommend basic wire cutters. Great for kids projects but I always like Putting a little glue on the cut end or folding the end so the kids don't hurt themselves on the sharp edges. All in all, A LOT.
