Power! Much more than others! Also, this is the only one I've found lately where "POWER" / "ON" is a slider, not a button at the top of the handle! (Much more convenient.) Also, the "ON" switch STAYS ON until you flip it back to the OFF position! No need to hold down the ON button! And the switch is in the middle of the handle, so again, much more convenient to use. I commend her for that! (All other types make my hands cramp.) And many competing models are weak and don't froth milk very well; they take longer, but never form a dense dense foam of tiny or larger foam bubbles. I never knew there was a difference until I got the others (when "mine" was out of stock). This lasts at least a year; just had to be replaced when i dropped it. The battery is easy to remove and easy to change. In at least a few other versions I've tried, the battery is in an awkward spot and/or very hard to reach, difficult to insert or remove. I don't think the batteries will die any faster in this version, but a powerful mini blower is more important to me, so if that means I'll be changing the batteries sooner, so be it. But then again, I don't recall there being a decrease in battery life.
