If you're looking for something that's easy to hide and quiet then this is a great choice. It is fast and reliable enough for your normal work and personal use. It's definitely not for gaming, but it's enough for many non-graphically demanding games. I've seen a lot of conflicting reviews and answers (even to my own question) about the m.2 slot. The product specs say nothing about the m.2 type except 2280 which is just a physical size specification for the chip. There is 2280 NVMe and 2280 Sata with b+m keys in the same location. And maybe older configurations were sent early in the release of this product, but the unit I received (ordered with a 512 SSD) came with a WD m.2 2280 Sata SSD (with b+m key). , not with NVMe. However, I replaced it with a 970 EVO 2280 1TB NVMe (m keyed) with no problems. So an m.2 slot will accept both Sata and NVMe as long as the m-key is present (e.g. it won't accept a Sata 2280 with only a b-key).
