We received this set of straps to replace the aging straps in our used IKEA high chair. Since the IKEA chair has no slots for shoulder straps, we only use straps that go around the waist and between the legs. The shoulder straps are held in place with plastic clips and can be easily removed. Installation is pretty easy, but if you're buying these for an IKEA chair you'll definitely need a flathead screwdriver and pliers to thread the strap through. center slot. We used a screwdriver to slide the new ribbon through the slot and pliers to pry it out the other side. It's a tight fit but these straps definitely match the Ikea chair. The clasps and cocking mechanism in this set are great. The main closure is spring-loaded and the two side straps are released with the push of a button. You can lengthen and shorten the waist straps by holding the button down instead of fumbling with the slider loops. 5/5 stars.
