Very handy for cable tracing
It's great! One of those things that you don't realize how much you need until you have it. They are made of silicone and they hold the cable well and also allow the cable to slide easily. If you pull too hard, the cable will just pop out of the holder. I keep a few on the back of my bedside table to keep track of my phone and baby monitor cords.
