Universal case is sold as an Apple Pencil holder. There is nothing special about this case that matches the Apple Pencil. The 2nd generation Apple Pencil actually looks shorter than the 1st generation in the picture and there is a lot more room in the pen body. Look at the picture. I also use this bag to store short cords and other small accessories. Semi rigid construction with full zip, wrist strap, smooth velvet interior. Lovely utility bag that can be used for many small accessories like the pictures on offer but I wouldn't trust it just like that. My Apple Pencil knocks by itself. I actually put it in another bag and then in this one for more protection and storage when traveling and don't use it that often.
