Pleasant, light and invigorating tonic. I've stopped using toner as part of my regular routine in the last few years, but have been impressed by other Willowdale Botanicals products so I wanted to try this one too. I like the high quality aluminum container with a lid that makes it easy to throw in my makeup bag and take with me on a hot day. The pump works great - it puts out a very fine spray and the toner feels refreshing and cool. It has a fairly strong herbal scent that only lasts a few moments and I find it quite pleasant. The toner doesn't irritate my sensitive, dry skin at all. I'm not sure if it really soothes or moisturizes, but it seems to have a positive effect on the annoying enlarged pores on my nose and chin. I mainly use it as a quick tonic and to revitalize my skin when I'm feeling hot or tired. At the current price of $17.78 for four ounces, this toner is a bit pricey, but I don't need it often so I think the container will last. Plus, it's well-formulated and made in the USA.
