I love the clean and fresh smell of this Melissa Rosemary Toner from Willowdale Botanicals. I spray a cotton swab with a few swipes and wipe my face and neck with it, feeling so clean and fresh especially after the summer sun and heat. My skin looks smooth and clean, not greasy or shiny.
