This case is perfect for a Chromebook. I prefer these glass lids over foil types. Using it with a touchscreen is a much more enjoyable experience. Crystal clear, crystal clear. Take your time with the installation and make sure you remove the entire duct using the cleaning system provided: damp cloth, sticky dust and microfiber cloth. I missed a small speck of dust that is my only blister. Luckily it's on the bezel and I don't care. Also, there are no bubbles and I was able to squeeze out any surface bubbles around the edges and under the protective film. I keep stuff as it's convenient to keep in a closed unit and handy for general cleaning, I like clean screens. I could see someone opting for foil only if they prefer a matte finish, the product on the outside is a bit. I don't mind a glossy screen, I prefer the feel of glass to a matte one, and I use the touchscreen more than the touchpad when browsing. Good product in everything. Packed very well in hard cardboard to ensure you don't receive a bent or broken device.
