I have to say "You get what you pay for" does NOT apply to these headphones. I received them a few days ago along with Powerbeats 3, which I also ordered. I charged both fully and then paired them with my Sony Xperia Z5 Premium. I first tried the Powerbeats 3 and all I could think about was good marketing now that zero quality products can still be considered the best. I was very disappointed. The sound was tinny, without any warmth. It was like the old transistor radios I grew up with in the 1970s. Right after that I hung up on Bluephonic expecting to get something like this despite reading numerous reviews, positive comments and reviews from Revain. I left the volume on PB 3 in the phone settings almost full. All I can say is WOW. Loud so I reduced them to 50% and loved it! The sound was what you would expect from most headphones. Rich, clear, excellent balance of bass, middle and treble, perfect resonance. Every song and every video was perfect for me. To be honest I can tell you that I took a 4 year hiatus from intense training in the gym for health reasons, but I am feeling better and ready to get back into serious powerlifting and bodybuilding. I was looking for a pair that would isolate me from talk, chatter and cymbals as I was developing a high sensitivity to noise (multiple stimuli occurring at once that my mind cannot handle) so naturally I was looking for as much isolation as possible. possible. I tried Plantronics Back Beat Fit, Jaybirds 3, Powerbeats 3 and finally Bluephonic. Jaybird 3 is very good and close; The only problem is that they feel like they're not far enough away and fall out every now and then. The plantronics are good too, but they don't insulate deeply enough and the overall quality leaves a lot to be desired. PB is a joke paid for by a name that I have no idea how exist or please the masses. complete nonsense! for lack of a better word. I tested all of them for range and they were the same in open and closed settings, with the PB getting 15 feet more in open settings. But back to my apartment with multiple concrete walls and they were all the same. They were all jumping, stuttering, and passing out within 25 feet, moving right down my hallway, then turning right into my computer office, which is separated by drywall. All but the Bluephonic headphones fell through only 20ft through 2 concrete walls. My BOSE Soundlink over-ear headphones really shine here as they reach 80-85 feet, and I'll go through the same walls at 50 feet. I've seen a couple of wireless in-ear headphones at Revain ranging from $30-$50 and most of them had 4-5 stars and great reviews. I figured it was a sales ploy and how can you buy more of these and be of better quality than other names known for being 'leaders in audio technology'. It's true though, and this time the reviews were truthful and for a legitimate reason! Bluephonic are very comfortable, light, fit perfectly and will NOT come off. They're easy to pair, volume and call controls work great. The microphone commands and my sound for others are perfect. They come with a wide range of ear accessories and a sturdy carrying case. I just hope they last longer than a few months and will happily update my review in the future!
