I bought a YETI Hopper TWO (30) portable refrigerator for a mid-summer trip from Vermont to Florida. I decided to purchase because I needed to keep the contents of my freezer cold during my travels. Follow the instructions provided carefully: Pre-chilled overnight before charging. I made sure the ice cream to content ratio was 2:1. All air pockets filled with ice. Pulled FIRMLY on the zipper to close it (to make sure it's fully closed). I had to put it on its side due to the way the car was packed, but I thought that was fine as there were no warnings not to do this (plus the '100% leak proof' label was still on zipper attached ) . We rode for 12 hours in 90 degree heat. The car had air conditioning and we never opened it. When we got to our destination, there was water everywhere! Most of the ice melted and water seeped through the lightning. Is that a yeti? Wow. Not impressed.
