Like other reviews said I ordered 2 sizes up. I wear size 10 and ordered size 14. The leg holes at the bottom are a little big but it doesn't matter as the skirt covers them. I don't have skinny hips or a small butt. I have a slightly bigger butt, so I need a skirted butt. Waist and skirt are perfect. My height is 5 feet 6 inches. It sits on my waist, the length is good, it covers the thighs and buttocks well without looking matronly. The material is of very good quality. I washed and dried it once and it worked fine. Great buy for the money. Very slim and flattering style.
