Downright Sierra Pillow is a great pillow. In fact, I might need to take it with me when I travel! The pillow looks too fluffy but when I lay my head down it wraps around me leaving enough air to breathe. I'm not sure how that happens, but it does. When I roll over at night, it matters whether I sleep on my back or my side. The filling replaces the "down" but I've slept on goose feather pillows before and it's much better. Among other things, you don't have to wake up in the middle of the night and fluff your pillow again to fall asleep. And small springs won't break through the cover. What else can I say? That's a great pillow.
