Review on Enhance Your Ride With KiWAV Axe Style Chrome Mirrors With LED Turn Signals For Motorcycles by Reza Shoecraft

I installed these on a Honda Ruckus scooter. Initially I gave this a 4 star review because the product looked nice and installed nicely and the customer service responded quickly when I had questions and issues. There is no instructions but there was a personal letter included with an email address to contact with any questions. I emailed a question immediately on how to wire and received a response within 24 hours. One of the mirrors had dim LED's and the address that I emailed sent me a replacement without any issue. However, the LED's are essentially non-functional so I have re-reviewed this with ONE star. I sent back my non-working light and it was replaced, but the replacement had the same issue- some of the LED's didn't work and they were very dim. This means that either the lights just don't work or they just sent me back what I sent back to them with new wiring installed. Either way, I spent a bunch of money on a useless product. I've read other reviews that they short out and do not work (check out reviews on the same mirrors in black). I bought a cheap $30ish pair of lighted mirrors and hooked them up to the same wiring and they work great so it's not that I've mis-wired them. Very disappointing. I'm sorry if anyone read my earlier 4 star review of these and purchased them.
