I have two monitors to use for working from home as a cancer recorder. The monitors work, but they have a broken piece of metal on one of the cables that connects to the monitor. I contacted the company and they were very happy to send me a new cable. I use it with a Mac Book Pro and as long as I'm in one place it works fine, clear and with good colors but when I press the charger it turns off for a second and puts what I had on each screen , back to another screen . . Now the monitor is not very convenient when you want to get up and bring your laptop to another place. It falls off my MacBook very easily so I have to hold onto it when I stand up and of course when you turn it off it messes up all the screens making it easier to stay in one place. *** Update 11/08/22: Amazing product. I still have an issue, if I touch any of the cables, what I have open on each screen gets messed up, what I have open on the web disappears and my medical records freeze, so I have to restart my laptop in into the medical record system and finds the patient again. The purpose of monitors for me was to be able to move, hello! You can't move or everything you have on each monitor screen will be messed up. Oh, and the monitors don't attach well to my Macbook Pro and will fall off, so if you buy this monitor sit still and don't touch any of the cables at all. Don't cough or touch anything. Totally impractical and very expensive. One of the metal parts of the USB cable is lost again. I'm done with this monitor. It was a headache. I contacted the seller to see if I could get my money back today. Very dissatisfied with the product.
