The first part of the review for the seller - they are in China so any return to China is bang for your buck. Much luck. The second part is nonsense. Of course it's 400MB/s, and then suddenly when the same file is transferred it drops to 30MB/s. I wouldn't even trust that with the data I was about to delete. So don't buy it because if you get a lemon like I did you can't even return it without sending it back to China. for the same price you paid for it.
