The raking comb felt great on my head. The bristles were strong but didn't hurt my head. They didn't feel brittle or threatened to break like other combs I've had. I also really liked the spacing between the bristles. They gave my hair a breezy look that wasn't tangled/flattened on my head. After using the comb my hair was still revitalized and it showed. The grip was solid and gave me a lot of control over styling my hair in a variety of ways, including parting with ease. The size was perfect for storing in my closet or duffel bag. It didn't bother. As the comb was made from a strong/durable material I wasn't afraid it would break against my pocket and it didn't. I liked the color of the comb. It had personality, unlike the standard black combs that appear generic and less effective.
