At first I was a bit concerned that the main ingredients were mainly emulsifiers and binders. This is not a cheap product and when I spend more on skin care products I want the best. I decided to give it a try anyway as I already use several Blue Copper products. I'm glad I tried it as it's my favorite Osmotics product so far. I have sensitive skin, reactive skin and rosacea. My skin can also become irritated from wearing a mask and allergies. Now I only use it under my eyes. I mainly use it as an eye cream. I don't usually buy eye creams because I find them unnecessary. Most conventional moisturizers contain the same ingredients at a fraction of the cost. That being said, I consider eye creams a luxury item, and sometimes I like to indulge myself with them. I've been using it for a few weeks and can see my eye area is smoother and a few fine lines are gone. I've rarely had swelling before and I haven't seen it since using it. Since I only use eye cream, I need very little product. In fact, I still use the product that was stuck to the lid (you know what I mean, they all do). I will also use it for some lines on my forehead and neck. thicker, but that simply means only the smallest amount is needed. Although it is thicker, it is not greasy and absorbs quickly. It's also light on my skin but moisturizes adequately. Best consistency. Smells good too. This worried me a lot because 95% of the time, if I keep seeing this and that smell, it means they contain essential oils or fragrances. There is lavender oil. Lavender oil has good benefits, but is also a scent that can irritate the skin. Most of the time, when a company says it's fragrance-free, they simply mean that no fragrance has been added. It's further down the ingredient list and I haven't had any negative reactions to this cream so I'm not worried about myself but wanted to point that out. I am not a skin care specialist. I just got into skincare and started reading and researching. To sum up, there are a few ingredients that I don't like, but my sensitive skin hasn't had any issues. Where I use it my skin has improved in appearance and texture. It's expensive, but a little goes a long way. I will buy until they stop producing.
