Review on Crystal Decanter Glasses by James Scott by Daniel Mandal

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's worth it, see photos.

At first I was disappointed when I opened it from the box. It didn't have the vibrancy and brilliance that other reviewers spoke of. However, I'm glad I decided to hand wash it thoroughly with a soft sponge first. Of course, it came alive after a gentle but thorough hand wash in hot water. But keep in mind that it only radiates its beauty when there is enough light. So I uploaded some photos in a dark and well-lit room to demonstrate my opinion. ** Also, one reviewer said it comes with a "stainless steel mirror base." Not true, at least for me. But the item description doesn't say anything about this so-called base, so I didn't expect that at all. *** After what I just said about the mirror base I decided to buy it separately to give it that extra appeal. If you're looking to buy this I suggest looking for a base to really make a difference with that extra eye appeal. Below is the name of the base I used. 12" octagonal glass mirror with beveled edges. I never write reviews because I'm too busy, but lately I've been feeling guilty for not participating in reviews since I rely so much on other people's reviews.
