I like that it has great tools to target specific groups, so if you send out emails with lists already created by me, they go directly into those groups! The system sometimes freezes up while sending an email or after clicking'send' but this doesn't happen very often. If your team uses other applications such as Gmail, MailChimp, etc. then try setting them apart first and see how much time you save. This helps our sales department reach their targets quicker than before (which benefits us all!). We are able to track exactly which people in the database have opened each mail we've sent, giving us data about who needs what information most.
