I like that it's so easy for my clients who have no tech skills at all! They can use this referral software with ease without any training or support needed from us as their business consultants/advisors!! The only downside we've found in using invite referrals has been how quickly they close accounts once referred away (which also makes them less likely to refer back). We're solving our client retention issues through these programs because of its success rates compared to other similar platforms out there today.
