Overall it's not bad, but I expected more.

Regular open world game. There is not much cyberpunk here. In Watch Dogs 2 it was clearly more.
The balance is off on both feet. Playing as a "hacker" quickly becomes boring due to excessive lightness.
If you move away from the plot - the game is empty. Completed all side quests. There were 2 interesting ones.
Perhaps it’s worth waiting another year until the game has bugs closed, the balance is corrected. But it won't save side quests.

Bugs. Bugs are everywhere. Enemies can see you through walls (not netrunners), you and NPCs can get stuck in textures, health can get stuck at 0 and you will run until the first hit. Memory, periodically ceases to be restored, quests do not end or start. And many many others.
