This is my first mechanical keyboard, and it meets all of my specifications, including working without cables, being low profile and quiet, switching between devices, TKL, and backlighting. The keyboard's layout and pushing force are unusual after seven years of using Apple keyboards every day to write programming. I frequently forget hotkeys because there is no Fn key to the left of CTRL. Similarly, the arrow keys on keychron are not isolated but rather combined with shift and end, which causes me to frequently press "up shift" or "shift + ctrl + to the left." The del and backspace keys are also oddly placed because they are not on the edge. As a result, I press page up or switch the backlight out of habit. Yes, and the keys themselves are discreet, but not sufficiently so in comparison to Apple. In the apple, there is no empty space between the keys, but in the keychron, there is. In my opinion, this makes input accuracy requirements more stringent because the pressing area is now wider and I'm more likely to cling to a pair of keys than a single one. The keyboard is nice overall, but for me it's still a problem.
