I didn't expect this lumbar support to help so much (mainly because the price was very good but also because I've tried other similar products that didn't help at all) , but this one is a winner. I've been using it for a few months now and it hasn't lost its elasticity and shape. This is a good length for me as I often change positions during sleep and it stays below my hips. But not long enough to bother my partner. The height is great too - I've had others that are too flat and don't last long. For the record, I have back and hip issues and it hurts so much getting out of bed without lumbar/thigh support. I highly recommend this pillow if you have the same issues. Not only do I sleep better with it, I also get less sick during the day.
