Great but oversized

This is so cute! It is ideal to dress your pup at night when he is outside. My taillights don't go to the end of the yard where my pup likes to roam before bed. You can have it as a steady glow or flash, long or short. Looks like a normal collar, just a little thicker. The small size is larger than I expected so it's too loose for my pup. But I can put it on her before she leaves. He can slip but will only be in the yard. I wouldn't risk using this when walking her unless the leash is attached to her regular collar.
