I'm not even getting my money back

This printer was not easy to set up or work with. My first one was defective, I wanted a refund, instead I got a replacement and the 'ink' doesn't even show up on my labels. It's frustrating and I'm stuck with a broken label printer that won't print. I would spend the extra money on a better one.
