I am size 12 and got the XL. It fit, but it was really tight, and hard to pull over my thighs. It did its job and tucked me in, however it was so tight it was hard to adjust in the bathroom after having a few cocktails. I reccomend sizing up for comfort, and make sure you don't have to go to the bathroom a lot when wearing it.
