The nozzle feels good in my hand and vibrates very well. I've been using my newest head for far too long so this is a refreshing change in many ways. Haven't used them long enough to appreciate durability, but even if each head only lasted a month it would still be a lot compared to the ridiculous price of SonicCare heads. I've noticed pen/charger set prices going down. I think they make money off of replacement heads as they certainly haven't gotten cheaper. I love my SonicCare brush but will continue to buy cheaper brush heads as I can't afford to buy the brand name and really see no reason to spend the extra money.
