SIM CARD IS UNREADABLE
This is the second watch I have ordered but it still does not work. I have the same problem as with the first watch. It says "Insert SIM card", but the SIM card is already inserted. Also this second order looks like you sent me a watch that was sent back to you. Worn packaging. There are 2 SIM cards in the box and the cards and watch look used. I am not happy. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and both looked like what I got didn't work. Please advise.
