Review on Removable Roasting Rectangular Moss Stone by Jessica Johnson

This pan is by far the best of all roasters. It is very well made and strong. The frying pan with handles is separated from the removable grid. The V-shaped shelf is an additional security feature to prevent slipping. I use a quick spritz of olive oil to make cleaning easier. I don't know how I've ever cooked Thanksgiving turkey, Christmas short ribs, or Easter ham without this skillet. So versatile!
