You got it right: laptop accessories

The first case I received was totally bent. I went to the website and ordered the suitcase again and it was there the next day. That surprised me. There were no complaints from her side. You just sent a new case. Didn't have to wait to send back a distorted case or anything. Now that's great customer service. Also, it looks great on my new MacBook Air.
