Review on OptiLash Eyelid Primer by Brittany Jackson

I have tried many Elf products and always go to them first before buying expensive luxury brands from Sephora/Mac/Ulta etc. Unfortunately, this one didn't help me much. I suppose this might work if you're wearing very light eyeshadow, but I've found that it causes some streaks and clumps. I'll probably continue to use it as a concealer/primer under my eyes, but other than that it doesn't do much good for me. I would recommend Kat Von D's Lock It Concealer if you're looking for something with maximum coverage that stays put!
