Review on TP-Link TL-WDN4200 N900 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter by Heather Martin

I wasn't sure if this would work for my purpose; my Raspberry Pi2 as HTPC. My original wireless adapter (2.4GHz) was slow so streaming movies would buffer to the point where the movie could not be viewed. Although this adapter isn't listed as working with any flavor of Linux, it literally plugged in and worked, even auto-detecting my 5GHz network! Movies are now streamed effortlessly. The adapter is a bit oversized, almost as long as a Raspberry Pi2, but the included extension cable and fantastic speeds make assembly easy.
