I use this and Emsa E503392 Clip and Close Flat Rectangular Storage Box with 3 Inserts to pack my lunch for work - love the dividers to keep food separate I don't want to mix with other items in my lunch or spill, and I love that the seal and clips ensure the lid doesn't leak on my commute or come loose in my purse. The volume and size are perfect for adult food. If you enjoy wrapping bento lunches or just want to wrap a variety of foods in one container, this is a great product. The only downside in connection with packed lunches would be that I would have liked a container that was not quite as deep and had more length and width for the same volume. You need to somehow "stack" the food to fill the depth of the container. The layout of the Emsa container linked above is perfect; However, the material of the Lock & Lock container trays/liners appears to be more durable than Emsa's, more microwave safe and slightly more stain resistant. So for my purposes they are roughly equivalent and I use them interchangeably.
