Without user error I would have given the product 2 stars. There are many videos on how to use it, but most of them are not detailed enough to successfully apply it on difficult surfaces except by trial and error. My advice: use more heat - I have a BluePoint heat gun and had to set it on 8 to get the vinyl consistency needed to stretch properly. Stretching: I have a 2019 WRX, and from a flat taillight spot to crazy corners, I had to heat the vinyl and stretch it badly to conform to the awkward shape. Otherwise there was a rollback. This product works great if you have the technique. It took 10 minutes for my technique to be correct. UPDATE: There is a small groove on the edges of the taillights that continues to cause problems (anyone with a 2015+ Subaru WRX/STI will know what I'm talking about if they've applied something like this) which appears to be causing rollback problems . When you have a tail light with something like that on the edge, it makes it incredibly difficult. . . at least for me.
