Without user error I would have given the product 2 stars. There are many videos on how to use it, but most of them are not detailed enough to successfully apply it on difficult surfaces except by trial and error. My advice: use more heat - I have a BluePoint heat gun and had to set it on 8 to get the vinyl consistency needed to stretch properly. Easy to use. I was very skeptical of wrapping my headlight as it had such a hard edge that turned into big complex curves. It really worked. Due to the built-in ventilation openings, it is not quite glassy and transparent like conventional films, but it is a thousand times easier to work with. It was easier to apply, but it still started peeling off in places after a few days. We made sure to hide behind the taillight to avoid this. It shrinks and causes it.
