Flameless candles create a truly comfortable atmosphere in a room without the fire hazards and inconvenience of constantly lighting traditional candles. The built-in timer turns it on at the same time every day without you having to think about it. You can also just turn it on and off manually with the switch on the bottom, or buy a separate remote control. My wife isn't usually the type to go after every gadget on the market, but we have six Luminara candles and three fake Univela candles at home. The dancing artificial flame reproduces the effect of the real one quite well, especially if you only look at it from a distance. This experience made me realize how effective use of lighting can improve the sense of space. This product is only pale pink in color, which is not excessive. This is the center candle in the attached image, with other Luminara candles on either side of it. These candles aren't cheap and I'd suggest you take a look at my Univela candle review if you're looking for a cheaper alternative. But if there's room for the Luminara in your budget, then, as much as I cringe at the price tag, there's no question that it's a superior product.
