Review on 🛴 ScooterKids Scooter with Wheels by Eric Williamson

I bought this scooter for my niece's 2nd birthday. The item arrived on time, but when my brother-in-law was assembling it, one of the wheels broke and the light wouldn't come on. I couldn't send it back because my niece liked it and didn't want to give it back. I contacted the seller and explained the situation to her. We had several emails back and forth and she was very helpful. In fact she sent a replacement for a broken wheel and now my niece has a scooter with working wheels and bright lights. The product itself is very good, especially with the addition of a detachable chair. It was very durable and my niece rides it while seated. According to my brother-in-law, there were no problems installing it. Also, the scooter came with a helmet. It wasn't a very high quality helmet but hey my niece can ride a scooter around the house and backyard with a helmet on. I give them 5 stars for the product itself and the customer service I receive throughout the process.
