Update May 5, 2021 I was unable to print anything with this printer. I get an error message that there is no paper in the printer. Nothing seems to be able to fix this problem. After initial success with this printer, I wish I never had to buy it. It's too fickle. Thing is, it just started printing the page I submitted 2 hours ago. I should have just stuck with proven HP printers. Very disappointed with it. Oh I forgot he only eats ink cartridges, he just loves them! Too expensive to operate. It becomes the anchor for the boat. So far so good, large format printing is a game changer for me, I need to print floor plans and site plans, and being able to print 11x17 is god I don't need to run to the office and be able to scan 11x17, another game changer. All for a great price, lots of money.
