First, this sleep mask is very soft. The fabric feels comfortable on the outside and inside. Another thing I like about this mask is that it completely blacks out everything around it without pressing on the eyes. The cutouts on the inside completely enclose my eyes so no light enters at all. There's even a soft area for my nose. When it comes to connectivity, it connects seamlessly to my phone and I haven't had any issues even when using it. I had to set up the dial pad as it was sent back to me. It's really easy, just open and adjust the right eye area. When it comes time to wash the mask, I simply remove the speakers and box and wash them. Getting it back can be tricky when using the left one as you have to move it over the mask's eye area. Next to. Great sound quality and even when I'm on my side the speakers work great. Easy to adjust as there is velcro on the back that doesn't get tangled in my hair.
