This is a very decent mid-range product but suffers from some completely obscure design decisions. Comfort is fair. I can see the bottom so it doesn't block 100% of the light as advertised. But it blocks about 95% of the light. It shouldn't be worn too tight either as I found it really pinches the nose/forehead when you tighten it but is very comfortable to wear on your side or in any position. The product info says they are machine washable as long as you remove the electronics of course. This
