This would be a perfect product if it had a few extra contact point options. The ones included are removable. They are usually the size and shape of a golf ball with the same dimpled structure. But they're made of relatively soft rubber and are too big to really work on individual neck muscles. If they came with an additional set of smaller harder plastic contact balls of both sizes and materials it would be MUCH more. useful and efficient. I would still do this again, but now I have to try and find something smaller that fits the thread pattern to take full advantage of it.
