Hand held massagers are not as common as shoulder and back massagers. I type a lot all day and at the end of the day my fingers are very tired. I thought it was carpal tunnel or something so I bought a wrist guard but my fingers are still tired and not sore or numb. I decided to try this little machine without much hope. I've had it for almost two weeks and I use it every day and it's great. Pros: The device is tiny so I can take it to my office and it doesn't take up much space. It uses air to inflate and deflate to put pressure on the fingers and hand. Don't be fooled, it's really powerful. The battery is excellent, once charged lasts almost a week. I use the machine every day and about 10 minutes each time. It can also be heated which is nice in winter. Cons: I couldn't find a user manual for the device, but it only has three buttons, so I did a bit of work to figure out what each of those buttons does. The pressure can be set to soft, medium or strong, but even on a low setting it was a little too strong for some. I have to change my arm every few minutes to keep my arm out of circulation.>> Overall I am very happy with this purchase, this device is now in my bag and travels with me.>> It will not massage your wrist, just your hand and fingers so I don't think it works for people with carpal tunnel.
