I wish they would let you give 1/2 stars as part of the rating. Then I could give 2.5 stars. This product seems to do that. half work. I just got rid of my Shark Mop and thought I'd try something new. Big mistake. Don't get me wrong, the pod sticks to the size of a cup and comes out with plenty of vapor. And especially when it is at a "high level". Only steam comes out of the gap between the lining and "main body". So how much steam hits the ground? Not enough to wash anything up. I filled the tank twice and covered it with one less tank than my old Shark. I'm pretty sure the vibration was just annoying my downstairs neighbor. I'm sorry Marilyn! Now let's move on to the product itself. Pen - Check Main Body with Tank - Check Measuring Cup, Carpet Head and Mop Head - Check x3. The pad adheres very well to the steamer. It's all about lightness. BUT.1) The control button on the handle does not work. Even if it were, why duplicate the power button? Having it in the pen should be enough. (Maybe they knew it wouldn't work? 2) With the handle extended, it looked like it would either bend or break if I squeezed it too hard. When you receive this appliance, do not leave the extension cord extended. 3) Vibration sounds like a good idea. Until you realize it's just moving the base up and down. It doesn't rub harder. And if you have a weak wrist, be careful, although it's not strong enough to seriously hurt your wrist, it may be if used long enough. 4) The ball joint idea between the handle and the steam generator is a very good design. I had no problem turning the knob to rotate the device to where I wanted it. I'll admit this is my first time using pads so can't speak for future use but the velcro stays. 6) The pods are too thick to let through enough vapor. And it's hard to move a dry pad 7) And the length of the cord was almost not enough. And I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment. I've only used it once so these are my first observations. If I use it again and need to write something else I'll try to update it.
