A Lie in Their Ads: JUMPHIGH Has Horrible Support for Their Customers

My experience with JUMPHIGH has been consistently positive, so I was anticipating receiving the "highest level of customer service" that is advertised on their website. On the other hand, the most recent experience I've had has been nothing but a letdown. I was very disappointed to find that the item I ordered from the JUMPHIGH website did not appear in good condition. I didn't waste any time and got in touch with their customer service department right away, anticipating a speedy resolution to the problem. Their customer support team did not respond to my inquiries and did not provide any assistance, which was a surprise to me. In order to get a response from them, I had to write a lot of different emails and make a lot of different phone calls. When I was eventually able to speak with a representative from customer service, they were unapologetic and did not appear to care about the problem I was having. They even went so far as to say that I was to blame for the damage, despite the fact that it was abundantly obvious that the product had been damaged during shipping. It is abundantly obvious that the claim made by JUMPHIGH that they provide the "highest level of customer service" is nothing more than deceptive marketing. Their customer support staff is slow to respond, unable to provide any assistance, and downright impolite. As a direct consequence of this, I will be moving my company elsewhere, and I strongly suggest that others do the same.
