Good but firm brace

First off, you get two braces in the package.With other braces, I have always purchased the medium size because I wanted the extra support but the fabric in these is very firm with not too much give (note this is not a negative.) But when wearing it, you really feel the brace on you leg. Therefore, I would go with a size larger. Now this may loosen up over time but out of the box it is quite firm.Other than that sizing note, it is very good and gives great support.

Promotes healing by stabilizing the knee joint and reducing stress on muscles and tendons

Cons

May not provide enough warmth for cold weather activities
